All shipping costs are estimated, however actual shipping costs will be adjusted. Credit card purchases will be subject to a 3% processing fee. If a SSD/flash storage is determined that it has exceeded its recommended DWPD/TBW (Drive Writes Per Day/Terabytes Written ) via the manufacture, a warranty replacement will be void.

It is the Customer's responsibility to store and maintain the shipping boxes, crates, and original packaging. If you have not preserved the original empty server and storage boxes for a return, new packaging can be purchased when an RMA is required. The Customer is responsible for providing safe packaging in return for all items.

Due to fluctuations in tariff rates and related import costs, all quoted pricing is subject to review and possible adjustment at the time of purchase order award and prior to formal acceptance by Aspen Systems, Inc. While Aspen Systems, Inc. has exercised due diligence in preparing this quotation, including consideration of durability and validity periods, tariffs, duties, and taxes imposed by governmental authorities are the sole responsibility of the importer and are not included in the quoted price unless expressly stated in writing

Aspen Systems software installations policies and the electronic Software Statement of Work (SOW):

The Aspen Systems Engineering review process of your system includes the electronic SOW. It must be completed for your order to be released to production which includes purchasing. Failure to complete the SOW in a timely fashion will delay your order. Our engineering team will assist you in the selection to ensure best practices if requested at no charge. This can be completed before the PO has been received.

What is included with my solution?

For all clusters, a standard cluster stack will be included. This includes cluster management and monitoring tools, a scheduler, compilers and libraries (including MPI), and environment modules.

For all storage servers, a filesystem and requested partition(s), and associated utilities may be included.

For all solutions with GPUs, a standard AI Software Stack, and associated GPU libraries will be included.

The standard workstation will include one OS operating system and one application installed. Dual boot or additional applications will fall under our hourly engineering time rate for additional installs. These systems will not be available for remote testing access as they straight forward in regards to the electronic SOW.

The standard server will include one OS operating system and two applications installed. Dual boot or additional applications will fall under our hourly engineering time rate for additional installs. These systems will not be available for remote testing access as they straight forward in regards to the electronic SOW.

The standard cluster will include one OS operating system and up to three applications installed. Dual boot or additional applications will fall under our hourly engineering time rate for additional installs. These systems will be available for remote testing access as we encourage factory floor remote testing regarding the electronic SOW for verification.

The large-scale-out systems or high-density AI systems, including storage, the software stack will be tailored to the opportunity by mutual agreement through the electronic SOW.

Aspen System Storage policies for customer-ready shipments:

Aspen Systems Storage fees come into effect when a system is ready for shipment and the customer asks us to hold the shipment as you are not able to accept it at the time of readiness. After two weeks of hold, you will incur a storage charge of 1.2% of the value of your system per month. This is compounded daily until shipment occurs.

Aspen Systems Inc. does not handle the removal of packaging or shipping materials, including crates, when an onsite service is scheduled. However, you can add this service for an additional fee if needed.
